We have developed, and are in the process of implementing, a 6 Month Self-Defense & Fitness Program starting in July 2010. Over the last few years both my
father and I have become concerned by the level, and extent of the violence occurring in our society. Not too many feel safe and parents are concerned about their children of all ages.
There are 2 hour, and 2 week courses out there, but limited training and practice is of limited benefit. That’s why we decided to develop a simple but effective program that could be easily learnt in just 6 months, with the added benefit of improving your
fitness. The AKA Self-Defense & Fitness program is the first level of instruction in the AKA Karate Program developed to enable our students to reach Black Belt in 3 years. This first level will see you achieve a Green Belt and you may continue through to Black Belt or you may have attained your set goal at that time.
We realise that your times and days are precious, so we are adding 2 extra classes to our schedule to accommodate you.
