Hi guys,

As most of you know, we have a new class starting on Wednesday called Cardio-Karate. This high-intensity class will cover:
  • Karate techniques – punches, kicks, elbows, knees,
  • Bag and Pad striking
  • Circuit work
  • Shadow Boxing
  • Footwork
  • Jump ropes
  • Various Core-Body exercises
Due to the intense workout and duration of the AKA Cardio-Karate classes, the benefits include and increase in –
  • Fitness
  • Flexibility
  • Core Strength
  • Confidence
  • Coordination
  • Balance
Classes are held on Wednesday nights from 6:15pm – 7:15pm and is $40 a month for AKA members, or $50 a month for non-AKA members. If you, or a friend, would like to join this class and increase your fitness, please let me know before Wednesday. There will be a limited number in this class, so please let me know ASAP as the class is filling up.
