Private training is now available at the dojo from 6:00am each morning, and offers all the benefits of our normal classes with extra one on one attention throughout the class, so if you’re looking for something extra, or you need extra flexibility with class times these may be just the ticket.
Private classes are one-to-one, personalised classes that accelerate your learning. It has been proven that people learn faster and better with private classes. People of all ages, body types, and levels of fitness can benefit from private classes which are designed around your specific needs and wants. Many people find early morning sessions a great way to start the day, and get their workout done before the interruptions of the day start. Whether early mornings are your thing, day times, or any other time, one of the great advantages of private classes, is that we work to your time table.
You can learn – karate, kobudo, self-defence, restraints, grappling, or a combination of everything! You decide! Get fit, toned, strong, flexible and burn fat. You also decide the times and days you want the classes to be held. We are available from 6:00am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
