In the senior kumite (sparring) class tonight, the focus will be on being able to read your opponent, and practice not being able to be read!  Knowing what your opponent is about to do is half the battle won. What you do next is another matter, and something we will go over tonight.

Being able to pick up little signs from your partner/opponent is vital in both sparring and self-defense.

Make sure you are there to improve your sparring!

  1. Should be a very good class! I know that I certainly could use a lot of improvement in not only reading what my opponent is about to do, but how to react quickly and in the right way. Looking forward to it!
