Monday – Kata / Basics – Focusing on short and sharp basics, and practising kata for upcoming competition and grading

Tuesday – Kumite / Fitness – Kicking Drills including round and reverse round kicks

Thursday – Kata / Joint Locks– Focusing on competitoin kata, and joint locks which relate to kata moves

Saturday – Kumite / Bags – Working on basic attacks, round kick on pads
