Monday – Kata / Close Quarter Drills / Bag Work – Grade kata, focusing on stances. Knees and elbows on bags, and a few close quarter drills.

Tuesday – Kumite and Basics – More work on front fist and momentum punch. Finish with footwork drills.

Thursday – Kumite – Plenty of kumite matches in the line and ring.

Saturday – Kata / Fitness – More work on stances, and leg exercises.
