Monday – Kumite and Fitness – Working on fitness in kumite – footwork and kicks.
Tuesday – Kata / Basics – Focusing on stances and low hips in kata, as well as core strength.
Thursday – Kumite and Rules – Running over the basic WKF Rules in kumite, as well as line sparring
Saturday – Kata and Kumite – Own practise of kata for grading or competition, and light sparring in lines.
