Monday – Kata / Close Qurater Drills- Practising kata for upcoming competitions, as well as basic quarter drills

Tuesday – Kumite / Fitness- Momentum punching and closing the gap between attacker and defender, agility ladder drills

Thursday – Kata / Self-Defense – Focusing on timing and precise technique in kata, wrist escapes and pressure point exploration

Saturday – Kumite / Bags – Working on footwork and precise targeting, finishing with knees and kicks on bags
